Community Balance Scorecard

Lead Partner:

OBJECTIVES.

  • O4.1–To co-design a Community Balance Scorecard model to improve local development monitoring in a multidisciplinary perspective.

  • O4.2–To test & validate CBS model to provide it as tool for LCL functioning, fostering cooperation between target groups & stakeholders and improving its transparence & accountability.

  • O4.3–To provide capacity building tools for HE & CSOs professional in SDGs and local sustainable & inclusive development promotion.

  • 04.4 -To foster quadruple helix model to promote sustainable & inclusive development, providing a practical tool to strengthen multidisciplinary & trans-sectorial cooperation.

ACTIVITIES.

  • T4.1 – Transnational & Multidisciplinary Hackathon for permanent CBS design (& 3 Staff meeting in Cyprus M15). (CSI; all partners) M13-M16

  • T4.2 – Community Index Design & development. (UVIGO & SEGA; UNILINK, ALDA, all partners). M15-M20

  • T4.3 – Community Balance Scorecard co-development (CEKDEV & UVIGO; all partners). M17-M22

  • T4.4 – Community Balance Scorecard test & validation. (CEKDEV; all partners). M19-M22

  • T4.5 – CBS launch. (CEKDEV; all partners). M21-M22

  • T4.6 - Guidelines development for CBS use and update. (CEKDEV; all partners). M20-M22

OUTPUTS.

  • D4.1 – Transnational & Multidisciplinary Hackathon for CBS co-design

  • D4.2 – Community Index Model
