Living Communities Labs

Lead Partner:

OBJECTIVES.

  • O3.1 – To develop stakeholders’ engagement plan & strategy tailored on project target groups & stakeholders.

  • O3.2 – To engage & involve target groups & stakeholders in SDGs promotion.

  • O3.3 – To identify more in detail target groups’ needs, challenges, potentialities & preferences.

  • O3.4 – To improve HE & CSOs professionals’ skills & opportunities within the quadruple helix model.

  • O3.5 – To set up & develop 5 Living Communities Labs pilots.

  • O3.6 - To provide capacity building tools for HE & CSO as means to foster local sustainable & inclusive development actions through participatory approaches

ACTIVITIES.

  • T3.1 – Mapping of relevant stakeholders in each local community (& 2 Staff Meeting Strasbourg M8) (ALDA; all partners) M8-M10

  • T3.2 – Engagement of local stakeholders and development of local networks. (ALDA; all partners) M10-M14

  • T3.3 – Living Communities Labs model co-design. (ALDA; all partners) M11-M15

  • T3.4 – Common methodologies, tools and processes co-development (including platform). (ALDA; all partners) M13-M17

  • T3.5 – Living Communities Labs pilots set up, test & validation for assessment and improvement. (ALDA; all partners) M14-M18

  • T3.6 - Toolkit co-development (how to set up & run living communities’ labs). (ALDA; all partners) M15-M19

OUTPUTS.

  • D3.1 – Stakeholder map & engagement plan developed

  • D3.2 - Reference context shared analysis through focus groups implemented (1 per Lab)

  • D3.3 – Living Communities Labs (LCL)

  • D3.4 – Guidelines on how to set up and run LCL
